Dinnah Kwarisiima

A Social Behaviour Change and Communication (SBCC) specialist with over 10 years of experience working with Uganda’s public health sector.

Dinnah has designed, implemented, and evaluated strategic communication interventions for the Ministry of Health and the Global Fund that have tangibly influenced health behaviours at individual, community, and institutional levels.

She holds a Master’s in Public Health from Makerere University Kampala and a degree in Development Studies — which is to say, she understands both what people need to hear and why they are or aren’t listening.
